When Geoff cycled Highwood Pass in early June, he saw people walking up the road and turning up a side road towards Elpoca Falls and canyon.

17 km round-trip (there and back) most on paved surface.

The road remains closed to vehicles until June 15th.

How to Get There:

Event Directions:

Take the Trans Canada Highway west from Calgary for approximately 70 km, then turn south on Highway 40 for approximately 50 km. Park along the road near the winter gate.
